“If you level of cleanliness is very low this is a great place”

Nothing. They don’t reply to you messages ( that say they will reply in 24 hours ) not even after 3 weeks - they don’t answer the phone with the number provided. The sheets looked like someone had already slept in them . No mirrors No clothes hangers A pointless kitchen with 1 spoon a scarce pan 1 cup -pointless Broken shower Dirty bed , mattress bed sheet and towel See photos attached. The photos of the bed is how I found it . I slept on the floor with my own towels I had brought with me - I only booked this as the hotel I originally booked had a flood 3 weeks before my arrival and they cancelled. Why such dated old and dirty bed and linen - do they not want people to return or give a good review. Maybe the photo of the mattress isn’t clear but it looked like urine stains all over it . No mattress protection just one sheets and a very thin duvet and even thinner pillows . Very disappointing

I don’t mind the place itself, but the problem was that I arrived at 8 pm and the code they gave me didn’t work. I tried calling but no one answered, so I wasted my money and struggled to book another hotel because it was almost 11 pm.

“Clean and comfortable.”

Conveniently located for the city, though the neighborhood isn’t particularly great. Nearby there’s a Co‑op store and a fantastic pizza shop. My room was tidy and cozy, with French doors that opened onto a small patio and garden, and the Wi‑Fi worked well. However, the room could use a few additions like a chair, a bedside lamp, and a bathroom mirror, so I brought those items myself. The grass around the property is overgrown and needs trimming—I don’t want to have to bring my strimmer! I’ve reported these concerns to the booking company and will see if any action follows.

“Horrific”

On the final night we were forced to leave the apartments because a drug‑ and alcohol‑fueled party was happening in the building, with bottles being thrown and smashed. Police were called. Since we were there for work, it wasn’t safe to stay, so we had to exit in the early hours and sleep in our van before starting a 12‑hour shift and then a 5‑hour drive home.

“Absolutely horrible room. Do not recommend.”

There was absolutely nothing to like. The only thing I appreciated was that I got out of there. Everything in the room was filthy: a single hand towel was dirty and had someone’s hair on it; hair was also on the floor and bed. The oven was so dirty it felt like a fire hazard, and every piece of dishware was dirty. The bathroom had a spiderweb, no hand soap, no hand towels, and only one roll of toilet paper for a two‑night stay. I was there for ten minutes and had to leave; it would have been unhealthy to stay in such a filthy room. The host never responded to me at all during my stay.
