“Czysto, bezpieczna dzielnica i cicha.”
Great location, very quiet and safe :) The dryer in the room didn’t work, everything else matched the description :)

Communication was good, the place was clean, the bathroom was beautiful, it was quiet. The mattress was sagging. The toilet flush was weak, so we had to fill a bucket several times and pour the water in. Adjusting the shower to the desired temperature was hard; switching between the showerhead and the faucet required us to readjust the water temperature all over again. The elevator was very narrow and old‑fashioned, barely fitting one person and one bag.

The place was on the edge. The room’s door was glass and visible from outside. Once another guest tried to open the door and we ended up eye‑to‑eye.

The location is good, about 15 minutes walking from the Vatican. There are shops and places nearby to buy what you need and, overall, the area is quiet, which makes staying easier. Unfortunately, the accommodation left a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene, maintenance and security. The shower was moldy and dirty, with orange greasy stains and debris showing a long lack of cleaning. The bed blankets smelled of feet and the kitchen utensils were very dirty. Moreover, our bathroom was outside the room, which was quite uncomfortable. We had many difficulties turning the keys in the locks, and even more concerning, the keys for the rooms and the bathroom were the same, so one key could open different spaces, not guaranteeing privacy or the safety of belongings. The only lock with a different key was the private owners’ cellar, showing that independent locks could be installed. Overall, the accommodation was very neglected, with many broken elements or missing parts. It’s a shame because the location is good, but hygiene, maintenance and security urgently need improvement.
