The Noboribetsu Grand Hotel offers indoor/outdoor public hot-spring baths and free WiFi at the lobby. Guests can unwind in sauna rooms and request massages for an extra fee. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from JR Noboribetsu Train Station and a minute's walk from Noboribetsu Bus Station. Rooms feature tatami floors, Japanese futon bedding, flat-screen TVs, and en suite bathrooms with tubs and toiletries.

How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Fresh floral arrangements designed by a flower‑art teacher greeted me in the lobby and by every elevator on each floor. The room was roomy and comfortable, and the large public bath was the most spacious I’ve seen in Japan, with unlimited towels and bathrobes that were very convenient; the outdoor onsen also had a flowing spring. The inn is close to the hot‑spring street and two supermarkets are nearby, so I highly recommend this hotel.

The onsen are accessible whenever you want, even late at night, and the cleanliness of the premises is excellent. The rotation of the onsen between men and women in the morning and afternoon is well managed. I didn't find the buffet dinner particularly interesting.

The ceiling of the large bath had mold, the air conditioner had mold, and I got sick. I woke up with a sore throat.
