The accommodation was extremely good value, offering a bed, AC, desk, small fridge, toilet, and shower—all fine. But the “sea view” was really a stretch… you had to STAND ON THE ROOF of the balcony to catch a glimpse of water over a wall. The chairs on the balcony were broken, and what could have been a charming little “yard” was just dirty and poorly maintained. Since we were off‑season, most services were closed.

I was blown away by the value—an expansive, spotless family room right by the pier cost a fraction of what a 5‑star place would charge, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The property isn’t a luxury resort and the area isn’t the most upscale part of Samui, but for the price we got a clean, large room and great service.

The outdoor area was quite nice, but the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired: the sheets were filthy, towels were used and unwashed or spotted, and the bathroom was just… okay. The big room itself was clean, yet the location of Ko Samui isn’t great. The place felt very dirty overall. I suspect the owner runs the bar and rooms well, as past reviews were consistently positive, but perhaps he should shut down when the season ends. The staff were genuinely nice, but that didn’t help much.

The room was very good—spacious, clean, functional, with a fridge, tables, and water provided, making it a very pleasant stay.
