We stayed here for a week as a family with three kids. The rooms were roomy and had enough beds for everyone, making the stay comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging tours and transport, which we appreciated. We felt welcomed throughout. The room had AC and a fan, keeping the temperature comfortable. The location was convenient, close to everything, and near the beach, though we were warned that swimming isn’t recommended because of jellyfish. The towels were rough, more like blankets, making them hard to dry off with. Shower water pressure was low, often only cold. This was manageable but worth noting. Housekeeping was limited—we only had the room cleaned once, after we asked. Since we went to the beach daily, sand piled up quickly, and more frequent light cleaning would have helped. The mattresses should be replaced; we suspect bed bugs. All of us had itching and rashes after sleeping, which was uncomfortable. We informed staff, who said they would change the mattresses, so hopefully this is resolved. Future guests might want to check the mattresses on arrival.
