Breakfast is great. Food is great. The beach is not available during lowtide unlike nearby beaches that you can swim during low or high tide. You need to spend additional for the boat to send you to areas to he able to swim. There are only 2 balsa available

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel due to its complicated location and rough road access, which made it a hassle to get clearance from the tourism office before checking in. The area's shallow waters and mangroves made beach swimming unsafe, and the only alternative was the pool, which was unfortunately not clean. To make matters worse, my room had a strong dog smell and the staff were unhelpful.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel with my family, appreciating its modern accommodations and complimentary activities for both water and land. However, we found the swimming times in the pool and at the beach to be quite limited, and I think it would be great if they could extend these hours. Additionally, the beach could use some improvement, as the bottom was muddy and slimy, and there was broken glass along the shore.

Our family of four, including two teenagers and a dog, found the two-bedroom casita to be spacious and enjoyed the various activities available at the resort, such as swimming, walking trails, and wildlife viewing. However, we were less impressed with the food and the slow service, and I think a buffet service would have helped reduce waiting times. I also hope the management addresses the condition of the Cala trail, as the wooden path was in a run-down state.
