It’s a very quiet, clean hotel with very friendly staff. I didn’t like the reception hours; someone should always be present at the front desk because sudden problems could arise at night, and unfortunately there is no one to turn to.

The staff are excellent, very kind and attentive. The directions are clear, precise, and easy to understand. The facilities are in very good condition, with outstanding cleanliness and upkeep of the spaces. It’s a bit far from the center, but it’s worth it; the area is very modern and very quiet for a long stay.

Great location for walking to Aurelia Hospital, spacious room and new bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. There are many mosquitoes and few in‑room services (e.g., no kettle, no fridge).

The staff were very helpful in arranging a quiet and comfortable room for me. The facility was in good condition. Wifi had no problems. The location is a little hard to reach by public transport; it would be easier if you drove, as the hotel is close to the major avenue leading toward the city center.

Quiet, parking, accessible. The girl at the reception was fantastic, smiling, professional, and prepared. The rooms and bathrooms need updating, but if they were better maintained, a 3‑star rating would be fine. The continental breakfast needs to be revised!
