The hotel has brand‑new facilities, a contemporary design, and is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, rooms spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even let us use the common areas after check‑out. The only downside is that, being on Rua Principal, it can get a bit noisy at night.

Amazing experience. Beautiful accommodation—the hotel rooms were like little villas around the pool. Stunning pool setup and very welcoming and friendly staff. Great location so close to great restaurants, shops and nightlife. As with other reviews, it is noisy at night (what you get for staying in the area). I would recommend it if you’re going to be using the nightlife as it is right on your door (would recommend if you wanted an early night sleep or long sleep in as traffic starts early).

We loved everything: the courteous staff, the beautiful, quiet hotel, its central spot right next to everything—massage, beach, restaurants, bar, cafés, shopping—and the impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast was great, and our private driver Imad was outstanding, picking out several top spots that outshone what we’d found online.

Amazing stay with exceptional service! I accidentally left my passport at our previous hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to help me get it back. They were incredibly kind, helpful and caring throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to end our Bali trip. Highly recommended!
