The room was spacious and the cozy square is well located. A nice restaurant downstairs serves breakfast. The price/quality ratio is also good. Every time water is used in the building a very loud humming tone can be heard, even very early in the morning, which is very annoying. The mattress in room 10 needs replacement; you can feel the springs.

The spot is convenient, the furniture and equipment are solid, and the Wi‑Fi was excellent. The balcony was tiny, just large enough to dry clothes.
