We stayed at this hotel and were satisfied; the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a convenient stay, with tea, coffee, sugar, and pleasant little extras in the bathroom – cotton swabs and ear picks, which is a big plus; the bathrobes and towels were clean, the bedding was fresh; especially the reception staff were very polite, but the girl named Muniša was particularly memorable – friendly, smiling, always ready to help; we paid with a card from another country, and she explained everything in detail and showed us; she also helped call a taxi when we checked out because we couldn’t do it ourselves; overall the impressions of the hotel were excellent; good service, cleanliness, and attentive staff make the stay comfortable; we recommend it! The only downside is that there is no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom, which may be somewhat inconvenient.

“Budget option”

The beds were okay and the price was very cheap, but the location was horrible – Google Maps doesn’t work, it’s far from everything, there’s a lot of noise at night, and there’s no air conditioning.

Nothing liked. The hotel did not satisfy anyone. 1. I stayed in two rooms, each with its own problems. The first room I checked into had a TV with no sound; when I asked the hostess what was wrong, she answered “bl@@@@@@@@” and then was silent, so I had to ask again and she told me the room would be changed tomorrow. That room also had no water – they don’t put water in rooms, it’s paid for, and only after I complained did they give me water. When I asked how I could make tea if water wasn’t provided, I was told “you can fill it from the tap.” I then saw cups, spoons, and tea bags lying on napkins instead of a tray, and when I lifted a cup I saw a yellow napkin. This happened in both rooms I stayed in. Over the three days I stayed, I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste every day. There were no foot towels in the rooms. After taking a shower, everything was flooded because the shower curtains didn’t reach the floor, ending at the knees, and it became a quest to wash without splashing everything around. The beds were wired so you couldn’t sleep. The breakfasts that were supposedly available, over all three days, were just sliced dry sandwiches brought to the room each day, so I consider there was no breakfast. I’ve never seen such nonsense. 3. Room cleaning was mediocre; it felt like something was left unfinished, for example, once a towel wasn’t changed. The towels themselves were long gone from being white, soft, and fluffy to grey and hard.
