The reception staff were very pleasant and attentive, so I give them a ten. The dinner buffet was sparse and repetitive; we paid for a free buffet and for two nights we could only choose from a single menu, so the buffet left a lot to be desired. Regular cleaning every two days didn’t clean the bathroom—only the towels were changed. The location was very good. I thank the reception guys for all their effort in making our visit and exploration a success. The cleaning and buffet were the only negatives.

“Polecam RR Hotel da Rocha, Portimão duzo lepszy ;)”

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, a na plus zdecydowanie należy zaliczyć również czystość, przyjemnie pachnące kosmetyki oraz możliwość dowozu na plażę. Niestety, największym minusem podczas naszego pobytu były dla mnie kolacje. Karta menu była dość ograniczona, a część dań opierała się na prostych, niedrogich produktach, takich jak burgery czy pizza. Jestem wegetarianką i nie przepadam za makaronami, dlatego wybór dań był dla mnie niewielki i w praktyce codziennie wybierałam łososia. Dodatkowo obsługa przy kolacji była nowa i zdarzało się, że na zamówione dania trzeba było dość długo czekać nawet 1,5h a najczesciej ok 30'. “Beautiful”

I found ants crawling in my shower and it took a good few hours for housekeeping to spray the area before they disappeared; the room itself was clean, the buffet food could have been better because flies were hovering around it, but the staff was amazing, working hard and it was clear they were understaffed; overall a great experience, I loved the hotel, though the cost was a little crazy since half‑board should have included drinks for that price.
