The cleanliness and order in the house were impressive, something you don't see everywhere; everything looked nice and the location was great.
“Perfekt, bestes Hotel in der Umgebung, Top Preis-Leistung”
The surprise was the new setup: four row houses, three of which operate as a hotel. The location is very quiet despite being in the city center. The reception and phone staff, a young and very attractive lady who owns the place, were extremely friendly. Everything was spotless, with beautiful décor. The large U-shaped kitchen has a big dining table and a spacious living room with a couch. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped. There are three bathrooms in the building, one on each floor, with only two rooms sharing one bathroom. Each house has a terrace, and the first house even has a roof terrace of almost 100 square meters with a great view—ideal for birthdays, weddings, or larger gatherings. All three houses together can host 30 guests, each house can accommodate up to 10 guests, and each can be booked separately. Each house spans over four floors with 200 square meters of living space. It’s a non‑smoking property, and I hope all guests respect that rule. The three houses are fantastic, and it was also great that there were double beds and twin beds (two single beds in the rooms). We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Thanks again to Natalie, the owner.

Getting an upgrade to any room in a neighboring house was great. The place was clean and freshly renovated. I’d love to come again. The front door lock could use some oil, as I had trouble getting in at night when it was cold.
We felt very comfortable at Guest House BiBi. From the start, the owner was extremely friendly and easily reachable by phone, giving us lots of useful information while staying open and honest. She was careful about who stayed in the five rooms, avoiding mixing unrelated groups, and when we asked if someone from our circle could join, she immediately tried to arrange an extra room for another family. Overall we were very satisfied with the facilities and the overall vibe of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay! If we vacation in the area again, we’ll definitely come back. The only downside was the lack of parchment paper.

The location is very quiet; we arrived only in the evening, didn’t take a walk, and left early in the morning. All the essentials for preparing breakfast are available, but you need to bring what you want to eat yourself. There’s a coffee machine. The only issue was that everything was fine.
