The woman who checked us in was friendly and professional. I was disappointed that there were no cups or bathroom products, the blankets were scratchy and uncomfortable, and the bed was hard.

The mattress was extremely comfortable, even better than our own. Breakfast was included, which was a great bonus! We dislike Fabreeze because it triggers my asthma, and I could tell it had been used in our room.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was spotlessly clean, but the pillows felt too soft for my liking.

I had to wait at the front desk for 7 minutes before a staff member emerged from the back; there was no bell, only a sign that they were helping another guest, which left a poor first impression.

The breakfast was decent, though there were no gluten‑free bread options; the room itself was very nice, and I enjoyed the pool and exercise room. However, the mini‑fridge in the room had confusing instructions that even the staff couldn’t decipher, and the neighborhood looks quite run down with the river seemingly out of reach for a riverfront experience.
