The staff were genuinely helpful, but the location and overall cleanliness left something to be desired; showers and mirrors were clogged with scales.

I was disappointed when the hotel staff refused to honor a discounted rate for a two-room booking, claiming it was a fake offer. As a result, I had to pay an additional amount, which was frustrating. The rooms themselves were in a poor state, with dirty conditions and unpleasant odors, and the bedspreads were torn and smelly. Given that we had been traveling for a long time, I didn't have the luxury of searching for alternative accommodations.
