The central location was great and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was in bad shape. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the TV in our room didn’t work, and the room was freezing with no heating. We had to buy our own toilet paper and towels were not provided. The only light was the main fixture, so we really needed a lamp and had to get out of bed to turn the lights off.

The spot was perfect and the staff were pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The rooms really need a major overhaul; the bathroom and shower are extremely cramped. It felt more like a hostel than a B&B, and on one occasion the police were called. I wouldn’t stay again. I had to pay in cash because the card machine wasn’t working, and I was only told about this 30 minutes before arrival—convenient, right?

i thought i would like the couch but i never got a chance to sit on it. The extremely unfriendly and extremely unprofessional reception got angry when i gave him advice about hotel plus he expected a cash payment that was a shock for me and he didn't provide me with receipt the first day just more and more proof that he just isn't professional and when i asked him when he will solve my problems he replied that he isn't interested to solve my problems and threw me out from the hotel just a few hours later //// and problem 1 shower blocked // problem 2 i had to wait 15 minutes for hot water before each each shower /// problem 3 extremely small tv with extremely small channel selection /// problem 4 terrible window view /// problem 5 i just didn't feel safe with an obvious violation of privacy everywhere everywhere !!!!!
