The location and staff treatment were positive, but there were no sheets on the desk, the cleaning was poor, the bathroom was not clean and smelled bad when we entered the rooms, the cleaner kept insisting on entering the room while we were still packing with only 2 hours left before departure, there were many noises, and the tiles were loose.

The staff were charming and the site was beautiful, but the room was quite poor, lacking light on the bedside tables and the bed was very low.

There is nothing good at all; the staff were awful, the residents live in a foul basement, everything was very unpleasant, and I will never return or recommend it to anyone.
