We met a friendly crew and the spot was spot‑on, but on the day we left the front desk officer got mad for no reason and demanded we leave right away, even though we had a five‑year‑old with us and had arranged a late checkout. He eventually realized his mistake, said sorry, but his communication was still poor.

La habitación es espectacular, el baño enorme y cómodo, y la ubicación en el barrio de Vaticano Prati es tranquila y encantadora para caminar de noche, visitar el Vaticano y San Pedro iluminados, perderse por las callecitas y comer algo en Borgo Pio; la zona de mañana es un sueño, auténtico italiano con cafecitos y gente buena onda. Llegamos a las 13 Hs y habíamos pedido hacer el check‑in a esa hora porque el hotel ofrecía la opción de avisar, pero al final solo nos dejaron dejar las valijas; eso está bien, son políticas del hotel, pero como fui un solo día, pude hacer el check‑in a las 20 Hs, así que solo pude disfrutar poco la habitación, y si me quedaba a esperar el check‑in perdería el único día que tenía en Roma, pues lo usé de paso para otra ciudad.
