The location and privacy were good, but the room wasn’t clean. There was rubbish, and when I asked to clean it, they only changed the fitted sheet and pillow case, leaving the used flat sheet and towels. There is a missing glass in one window, it’s very cold and there was only one small blanket.

The location is very good, but the parking situation was a mess: they asked if you needed it, then said no, then said yes but it wasn’t available because you had to book it. I booked it and they still didn’t honor it. The room had many areas for improvement, especially cleanliness, comfort, and the bathroom. The windows were vented, but there was only one and air, plus mosquitoes, came in. The bathroom had no mirror, which seems like a trivial fix. The mattress was completely sagging. It has potential because of the location, but it looks like they don’t want to invest a bit more for comfort.

It’s comfortable but the room needs more maintenance and a little more care, thanks. Everything is fine, perfectly located, but it needs more paint, the mattress is very uncomfortable and old.

The neighborhood is incredible, high‑class. When I arrived, all the common areas were dirty. The “guys” staying there didn’t care about leaving trash downstairs but left it next to the washers. The neighbors below always smoked, and the smell was very irritating. Second, the room is so small—just a bed and a bathroom. The bed is uncomfortable; when you lie down it feels like a hammock because it’s low quality. In the first days I complained about noise from two guys who, after finishing their drinks at 1 AM, went upstairs to talk about life. I asked them to stop, they understood, and it never happened again, but other guests kept coming up and down at 3 AM, possibly because of drugs they were taking (hallucinogenic and other stuff). Third, the worst part was that on my third day the water had gone cold, so I had to take a cold shower. I signaled the owners several times via the official booking messenger and by phone, but no one could do anything. I requested cancellation in the middle of my stay. In short, it was a terrible stay and I don’t recommend this place. David, the Hungarian.
