I had an issue in my room, and they provided all the facilities to fix it, even switching me to another room when it couldn't be resolved. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff was excellent.

De locatie is werkelijk top. De kamers zijn schoon en ruim. Ontbijt is geweldig. Zeer net personeel. Het bijgebouw heeft 'n soort eigen zwembad. Het is zeer heerlijk rustig! Het winkelcentrum Anexo II, aan het strand van Playa, met zijn vele restaurant doet misschien wat rommelig aan maar er is altijd wel wat wils voor iedereen. Parkeren van de huurauto is vanwege de zeer goede locatie weleens een uitdaging

The location is very good and the breakfast buffet is nice. There is little space at the pool for so many rooms, and the proximity to the promenade means that sleep is hard to come by before 1 am.

The place looked nice, but the room had no air conditioning when we arrived and the sink was blocked; no sympathy from staff and they said it was the best they could do. The food was awful.
