“This is the most useless company that I have seen!;;”

This company is the most useless I’ve ever encountered. I flew all the way from Scotland to Leeds only to find out they were overbooked and they just said they could refund me. I was told to get the refund at 9 pm in a place I didn’t know anyone or anything about. I asked for alternate accommodation, but after a long delay and ignored calls, they sent me details for a place with a “for sale” sign on it, the key‑safe access didn’t work. I told the team, they promised to call back and never did. I called several times and no one answered. Up until now, nobody has called to address this fraudulent scheme. It’s terrible! I don’t know if they even verify anyone before onboarding. Horrible, to say the least. I was subjected to undue hardship, risk to my safety, and unplanned expenses. Everything about the company is shady!

“terrible”

Nothing good; we didn’t even get inside. We were given no check‑in information at all, stood outside for over two hours trying to contact the host with no avail, looked run down from the outside, and had to pay out of pocket for another place to stay.

The bedroom felt very cozy and gave a brilliant sleep, and the skylight view was amazing for the price, especially if you’re looking for a decent overnight stay while out. I arrived 30+ minutes after the scheduled time and found all the covers, bedding, and pillows scattered on the floor with some stains, but the staff fixed it quickly.

“I wish we'd taken the time to take photos but we wanted to leave as quickly as we could.”

We only stayed 15 minutes, so there were no positives to mention; we found another hotel nearby and left right away. The shower room and toilet were filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and an old, scruffy pillow lay on the bed; piles of linen were just dumped on the landing, the TV didn’t work, and on the top floor there was no fan on an incredibly hot day.
