How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The only redeeming feature was the spacious room; otherwise, I was very disappointed. The bedding and towels were unclean, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, paint fumes from ongoing ground‑floor renovations were overpowering, breakfast was very limited, and none of the advertised amenities were present.

The staff were friendly and behaved well, but the hygiene was lacking.

The only positive was the staff’s behavior; the cleaning was lacking.

I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and the staff's terrible service.

The bathroom was foul smelling and the taps leaked; service was abysmal and the overall experience was the worst I've ever had in a hotel—avoid booking this place.
