The room was good, and I think the deluxe is better… I used deluxe. It is clean and the bathroom is also good, but the location was not ideal.

There was no service, no hot water, and the receptionist showed no responsibility.

The room and furniture were fine, but there was no hot water for the shower, no daily cleaning, no room service after 10 pm, the promised breakfast was missing, and the switch to generator during a power loss was slow.
