The staff thats it. I always get a single room with 2 single beds so if one is uncomfortable all sleep in the other and im 51 I stay at motel 6 all the time hundreds of times no complaint but they put me in a single room with a single double bed, it was the worst night of my life bar none, I tossed and turned every bone in my body hurt bad I was miserable up all night and the remote works but the down on the channel changer didnt work and the down on the scroll doesn't work, so try searching something when you cant push down to the right letter or if u pass a channel u want to watch h u have to push up for 30 min to get back to it, this bed and remote will forever change my life it was that bad not to mention the dog below me barking, yea im done with motel 6 for a long while Thank you jerrod rizzuto

The staff were excellent—very helpful, kind, and professional—but the room wasn’t exceptionally clean; the floor needed some mopping.

The location was convenient and check‑in was smooth, though it felt impersonal. The shower was scary to use because it looked dirty or moldy on the floor, and the bed felt like a 2×4, leaving me stiff and sore. I couldn’t get the heater or air conditioning to work, so I had to rely on a personal fan. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I would like a refund.
