The room was amazing. People were smoking everywhere inside.

The welcome was good. The rooms were not very clean (dirty carpets), the beds were hard and it was impossible to sleep; you could hear everything from outside, especially at 4 am. We were far from everything: the city centre, shops, apart from the airport and the hospital.

The staff were polite and helped with everything! A shop and a couple of cafés or a bistro were nearby, the food was peculiar but fine. The room was clean, but during cleaning they didn’t vacuum while you were away; a child had left rubbish on return, they cleaned it but didn’t vacuum the carpet, no broom or vacuum was available, so it was unclear how to tidy. They always refill water, paper, and accessories. The bathroom doors were odd; you couldn’t lock them in sound or privacy terms (apparently Chinese tradition). The mattresses were great—firm but not over‑firm. Breakfast was average but acceptable. The reception staff… (incomplete).

“Toilet (WC) was horrible. Choked pipes and everything was floating in WC . Not usable”

The bed was actually pretty good, but the toilet was a different story - it was a total letdown.

“AC WAS NOT WORKING DURING MY ENTIRE STAY”

The beds here were really comfy, which was a big plus for me. However, I had a major issue with the air conditioning - it didn't work at all during my entire stay, which was pretty frustrating.
