I was really looking forward to a luxurious stay, but unfortunately, this resort didn't quite live up to its price tag. The cleanliness was a plus, and the restaurant food was great for lunch and dinner. However, the inconsistent training of the staff was a major letdown. Some staff members were super friendly and attentive, but others seemed lost. We even had a weird incident where a server brought us appetizers and asked if they were ours while we were eating ice cream.

I was blown away by the fantastic hotel, the staff were absolutely top-notch and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The hotel itself was great, with a perfect location that made it easy to get around. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but it was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Overall, the excellent service made up for the tiny room, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The rooms at this resort were a highlight - they're brand new, spacious, and chic, and the proximity to the ocean is fantastic. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being just a short walk from the beach.

The resort's location is absolutely stunning, with the sea looking like it's been painted to match the ever-changing sky. From any angle, the views are breathtaking. My only gripe was being charged 5 euros for a coffee at breakfast - especially since there's a coffee machine in the room. But the staff more than made up for it, being super friendly and professional, especially the Mexican team members who seem to be the backbone of the resort.
