The hotel was luxurious, the price was reasonable, the atmosphere was interesting, the scent was pleasant, it was truly soothing, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The staff were friendly and courteous, the breakfast buffet spread was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and the whole property looked great, and I loved the pool view; however, the bathrooms were not cleaned well—hair was on the floor and countertop, the basin silicones were worn out and stained badly, and the WC inlets were full of dirt.

The junior suite was modern, clean, and roomy, with a large bathroom that came stocked with nice toiletries, and the breakfast spread was excellent; the service was also top notch, and there were no negatives.

The room was clean and the facilities were good, but there is no good eatery nearby and the traffic around the hotel can be frustrating at times.
