How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
There was nothing positive to mention. The room’s cleanliness was lacking; the bathroom wasn’t dirty, but the outlet was broken with exposed wires, and the light above the bed wouldn’t turn off. The cancellation policy was disappointing.

There was a bad odor in the room, like a basement, and the windows faced the hallway. The AC was clogged, the shower was awful (my daughter and I had a tough time), breakfast was terrible, the pool was freezing, and there was constant hammering all day—plus a host of other negative experiences. Horrible hotel!!!!

The place was spotless and the staff were incredibly kind.

The location was great, staff were helpful, the premises were good, and you can rent a motorcycle there; however, there was no fridge in the room and the wifi was bad.
