“disagio”
I can’t find any positives to mention, perhaps the location and low price? Even with the cheap rate, the property should at least meet basic standards, yet there are many risks if you evaluate every aspect. The stay was a nightmare: the building was dilapidated, filthy, and managed poorly. I would give zero stars if I could. Everything was disastrous. Hygiene and cleanliness were nonexistent: the microwave was completely dirty with food residue from previous guests; the cutlery was dust‑covered, spider webs stretched from the ceiling along the stairs, and insects and parasites were everywhere, from the bathroom edge to the walls. The bathroom exhaust was even broken. Water leaks and absurd service problems: the drywall wall in the shower leaked, water passed through the bathroom wall into the room, and we had to use towels to mop the flooding. The manager’s response? Showing up at 9:00 am to knock on our door with more towels and telling us to clean the floor! Safety and maintenance looked like a construction site: exposed electrical wires protruding from walls, switches hanging off the walls with frightening cracks, and the entire boiler room left open inside the accommodation. To top it off, a bin was placed on the floor just to hide a huge hole in the wall next to the bedside. The desk lamp was there for decoration because it didn’t work, the bathroom corner light was a disaster, and the air‑conditioning management was insane: the central AC stayed on at full blast all the time. When we asked to turn it off because it was freezing (we had to sleep in a hoodie and blankets), the owner’s solution was to tell us to knock on another guest’s room at night (room 4) because the thermostat was inside! The next day they turned it back on and we were again in the cold. A complete lack of respect, cleanliness, and safety for anyone paying to vacation.
