The reception staff and the restaurant were very pleasant, and the location was perfect for my taste and needs. The facilities feel a bit old.

The staff, including the front desk clerks and the lady at the restaurant, were great, and the location was always perfect. The facilities look a bit old.

The only good thing about that hotel was the beach access. We paid for the most expensive room, but it was a disgusting place with a musty smell, and the room didn’t match the photos. The stairs were extremely uncomfortable for moving the sheets, and the sheets themselves were old. They provide kitchen utensils, yet the front desk told us cooking was not allowed! We stayed three nights but only used two because of the room conditions; the beds were so uncomfortable that I woke up with a lot of back pain.

Location. My room had fixed windows, meaning they couldn’t be opened.

The staff were not friendly at all. When we arrived, we were given terrible rooms with no windows. When we asked to change them, we were overcharged, and then the new rooms were swapped again that same day. Cleaning was poor, and prices were outrageous (a bottle of water cost 6 dollars). Luckily we only stayed one day.
