The place itself is truly one‑of‑a‑kind and absolutely gorgeous, so it felt special to stay there. Unfortunately the beach was wafting a nasty sargassum odor, which kept me stuck inside and meant I never got to use the lovely pool. It was a mixed bag – beautiful surroundings, but the smell really put a damper on the experience.

Ron and Rhonda were hands‑down the best hosts; they kept checking in and made sure everything was perfect. Tyra sorted all our reservations, bike rentals, and excursions without a hitch, and the pool was gorgeous – we’d sip coffee there every morning. The location was ideal for walking or biking everywhere, the beds were so comfy we dreaded getting up, and the little honor‑system bar leading to a cute beach bar added a fun touch. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single flaw.

The hospitality was top‑notch, with staff paying close attention to every need we had. The rooms and the whole property are beautifully designed, and the location is a sweet spot: within walking distance of the centre yet far enough to avoid street noise. All in all, a very comfortable and well‑located stay.

The location was spot‑on – quiet enough for a good night’s sleep but just a short walk to the centre. Gene, the manager, went above and beyond, even phoning operators at the last minute to lock in a snorkel tour for us. The facilities were excellent and the whole experience felt intimate, thanks to owners Ron and Rhonda being so involved with their guests. Nothing was missing; everything met or exceeded our expectations.
