“Maravilloso hotel en el centro de Cuenca.”

The hotel feels cozy right in Cuenca’s center yet on a quiet street. The room was spotless and roomy, a well‑maintained historic house with tasteful décor. The staff were friendly and helpful. One morning we arrived early for breakfast because we had to leave, and although the restaurant wasn’t open yet, they prepared everything so we wouldn’t leave hungry. The breakfast was delicious! The best parts of wonderful Cuenca are just a short walk away. Highly recommended! The only thing to keep in mind is that upper‑floor rooms are accessed by stairs, which isn’t a real issue unless you have mobility problems.

“En una estancia de 2 noches, cambiarse después de 1ra noche es muy incómodo, sobre todo sn ascensor”

The room listing said “26 m²,” but I was first given a tiny attic room that was less than half that size. The excuse was that I’d requested two beds, so they gave me a room with two beds. The next day I was moved, but the first night in the cramped room was very uncomfortable.

A fantastic hotel right in the town centre with friendly staff, roomy rooms, and a superb breakfast – definitely the highlight of my trip to Ecuador!

“No saben tratar al cliente, un desayuno cuesta USD 2,00”

The location was good, but there was no living room, so staying alone felt more difficult and we were sent to a windowless, dark room that was uncomfortable. We were also told we had no breakfast rights, and we organized a group of 11 people – I won’t recommend this place.
