The village is beautiful, the surroundings are also lovely, the people are kind and warm. On arrival we were given a bowl of grapes. Everything else: the apartment is poorly accessible, the bed and mattress are terrible, we were afraid we would slip in the shower stall because it was so soft, the towels are thin and frayed, everywhere there are cobwebs and spiders.

No breakfast. After the mattresses were lifted from the bed, it wasn’t a nice sight.

Nice location right next to the cellar alley, a very kind lady runs the place, and the apartment is large. The apartment lacks air conditioning and only has a small window – during our stay temperatures were 40 °C, so the apartment never dropped below 30 °C at night. The bathroom was about 10 °C warmer. Small fridge.

The location is perfect for exploring Strážnice and Kyjova, and the standard of equipment is decent, especially for cyclists. The host lady was very welcoming and helpful, and we’re grateful again. Nothing else comes to mind.

I really appreciated the hospitality of Mr. Janecek, who was kind and available; he handled everything we needed, and my son was especially happy. Without a doubt we’ll return next year. On the downside, the bad weather—rain and mud—was a problem for my son’s important cycling race, but that’s unrelated to the property or Mr. Janecek, so I send him a big thank you.
