Nothing special at all. The minimum for the reception: no small spoon for coffee nor a water bottle. Our host only cared about the cleaning to do before leaving the room.

The reception, the cleanliness, the comfort and the very quiet location were great, and the air‑conditioning helps when it gets hot. Only a tiny TV issue that will be fixed quickly.
