“Good stay”

The spot was very convenient, close to everything we wanted to do, and the room was clean. I was annoyed that there were only two sheets and no blanket, which is a problem for me because I’m a cold person. The bathroom needed a few touch‑ups, but overall it was a good stay.

Breakfast was okay, but the dining room was cramped. It’s next to a great restaurant. The heater/cooler made a lot of noise, and the cleaning scent was overpowering.

“Disappointed that the hot tub no longer exists”

It’s fairly close to town, but otherwise it’s just okay.

“The pool made up for everything else which disappointed.”

The pool was big enough and deep enough for water aerobics, but there was no changing area, so we had to walk back to the room in wet suits—fine on a warm day but not ideal. The water was pleasantly warm. I tried to cut my stay short by a day, which I couldn’t do through Booking, but the manager handled the change without any hassle. The location is convenient for local attractions and the price is lower. The parking area could be tough for large cars or bad drivers. The ground‑floor window had no lock. The bathroom fan didn’t work. A table lamp’s switch was faulty. The manager wouldn’t change my room. The walls were so thin that a snorer in the adjacent room kept me awake, and people above us sounded like they might come through the ceiling. The ground‑floor ice machine was broken, forcing a trip to the upper floor through an unlit hallway. The coffee fixings had been partially taken and not replaced.
