The staff were friendly, the place was beautiful, and it was true value for money, but the pine scent in the location needs to be addressed.

I couldn't find any signage at the entrance, and there was no security to direct me; the place was self‑catering but I expected complimentary tea, coffee, and water. In the main bedroom there was no mirror, the bed linens were dirty, and the wardrobe was broken to the point where I was afraid it might collapse if I opened it.

The staff were very friendly, especially Khethiwe, who greeted me with warmth and kindness. The shower lacked a door, so the whole bathroom got wet while showering, and there was no mop in the room.

There were plenty of toilets, an island table, a balcony, and a pool area, all fully functional. However, visitors were not allowed because I was celebrating my birthday, and I was told at the last minute that the braai area was booked separately—something to keep in mind for future guests.
