“A comfortable and pleasant stay in this clean and friendly hotel...”

We were very impressed by the white, clean, bright lobby and praised the lady boss. In the room we were also pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness, though we had booked a queen‑size bed room and didn’t notice it was windowless. We “upgraded” it by paying an extra RM30/night. The only downside was the dim LED light in the bathroom; I asked for a change and complained to my wife about the disconnect between housekeeping and maintenance. Not mentioning the rooms’ condition would only upset guests. Still, with Old Town Kopitiam on one side and a laundromat on the other, it was a very nice quiet neighbourhood. I’ll seriously consider staying again.

“Overall, it is a comfy Hotel, just to bunk for the night.”

Location is out of the main town area but condulsive with convenience stores and a supermarket behind the hotel. Could improve the service by ensuring clean and fresh bedsheets are change frequently plus the smell of the rooms. The bedsheets wasn't clean. Could see that the bedsheets are dirty. One of our rooms has foul smell. We requested for a change of room but was told to pay RM10.00 for upgrade. However, during my booking of 2 rooms, i paid extra for rooms with window but was denied at the Reception Counter. They said it is a frequent problem they have with hotel guests. has to look into this matter, Thank you

“A budget hotel which kept its facilities and rooms maintained well.”

Location is good - Mr DIY, Eco Shop and a couple of chinese coffee shops are a walking distance. There's a Petronas and a TF Value Mart (opposite road). Room was big for 3 of us. Toiletries were sufficient for 3 of us (towels, toothbrush sets, shower gels n shampoo x3). Good job! <3. Just the side cupboard which we cannot hang more than 2 shirts. That's all

The mattress was comfortable and the village temperature was pleasant, but the parquet floor was loose and the sealed windows wouldn’t open; given the price, a fridge could have been added.
