“Eviten accidentes y mala experiencia”
The location is the only good thing. The stairs were extremely dangerous; I fell and they didn't care or try to help me. I ended up in the hospital with a third‑degree sprain, a right wrist fissure, and a finger fracture. I asked them to check their cameras so they could see the accident, but they refused. They said the hotel wasn't maintained because it was a tourist spot, and the receptionist even said the conversation at reception was being recorded. I pointed out a metal bar sticking out on the bathroom floor that also hurt me. The room had no TV service, the ceiling and walls were peeling, the towels were old, torn, and stiff, the internet was poor, and the pool was untreated. They didn't cover any medical costs, medication, or even a glass of water (room #9). If you can avoid this place, do so, because not only the access stairs are dangerous—every stair and structure is hazardous. They didn't want to provide the video of my fall because they weren't interested in taking responsibility.
