“Décevant....”
I booked a basic but clean room that was spacious enough for two people, yet the hotel turned out to be a social club that didn't bother to inform us. Breakfast was no longer available, the place was noisy, people cooked until late hours, and the cooking smells were so strong they made us nauseous. When we arrived, the room we were given wasn't the one listed; instead of a double bed we got two single beds that could be pushed together, one of which was so narrow we sank into it, making the room extremely cramped. We could have been kept in the lobby! There was no way to get a refund, which is absolutely unprofessional for a lodging site of this kind.
