The guesthouse was decent for a single night, but I wouldn't recommend it; check‑in was late, and the room and bedding were adequate for Cambodia.
The owner of the business is very attentive and listens well. However, I was forced to pay an unjustified $15 daily surcharge.
“I don't recommend this hotel”
We booked a single night for two people, but when we arrived the staff seemed unprepared and confused. The person with the booking on his phone tried to double our rate, claiming we’d booked for two nights, which we hadn’t; after arguing he finally accepted the original price only after we threatened to leave. The hotel felt creepy and almost empty, and the sheets, towel, and room looked dirty—probably not laundered between stays. The only redeeming feature was the AC. I don’t recommend this place and can’t understand how it gets such a high rating.
