The location is unbeatable, the breakfast is full, the bed and pillows are comfortable, everything is great. Whenever I have to go to Mercedes for work, I stay there. It would be nice if the restaurant below—though not part of the hotel but accessible from the street and inside the hotel—prepared the food better for those who want to eat it upstairs. They could coordinate serving it on a plate with cutlery instead of a pack like a take‑out. It seems to be a matter outside the hotel’s control, but most guests who dine there choose to eat there rather than in their rooms. Just a suggestion.
