Hotel O Dago Near Bandung Zoo Formerly Chatter Place

I was initially disappointed when I arrived at the hotel and was informed that the room I booked did not come with an air conditioner. I felt that I should have been provided with accurate information about the room's facilities beforehand. This lack of transparency made my stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

“Doe het niet”

I was shocked by the state of the hotel room, which was far from what I had expected based on the photos. The room was dirty and in need of renovation, and the bedding and pillows were old and worn out. The bathroom and shower were also dirty and not well-maintained. To make matters worse, the hotel was noisy, with people talking loudly in the hallway. The only positive aspect was that the price was reasonable. However, the overall experience was a letdown.

“Sangat buruk, pengap karena tidak ada jendela, kipas apalagi AC. Sehingga semalam susah tidur”

I was misled by the hotel's description of the room, which claimed to have air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. However, upon arrival, I found that the bathroom was actually located outside the room and was dirty and smelly. The bedding was also stained and dirty. To make matters worse, there was no complimentary water, towels, soap, shampoo, or other basic amenities.

“SANGAT KECEWA DENGAN KAMARNYA”

I had a truly horrific experience at this hotel. The room was infested with bed bugs and small animals, and the bed had never been cleaned. The floor was dirty, and the room lacked a fan, with only a TV and a bathroom outside the room. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they did nothing to address the issue. The state of the room was disgusting, and I was left feeling extremely disappointed and uncomfortable.
