Neptune was an excellent host. Everything was fine.

I liked the quaint rustic simplicity, but the shower wasn’t working and the drain was blocked.

I love the location and the quietness. I didn’t like that they charged an extra twenty dollars for AC, and my original room had no hot water, so I had to upgrade to get it. The hot‑water system was terrible, and they shouldn’t have charged extra. The staff were nice, but I won’t stay there again.

The location near Ocho Rios is great, and the place is clean.
