“unpleasant”
The spot was great, the TV and jacuzzi were okay, and Piramide Station was just two stops away from the Coliseum. But when I got in, they slapped an extra €20 on top of my online payment and tried to collect a “city tax” in cash. The room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom and jacuzzi looked dirty, the bed hurt my back, and there was no bedspread. Breakfast came to the room—just a drink and a sandwich or croissant—and only on the first day; the second day I called and nobody answered. It feels like you can only stay here if you’re fine with hostel‑like discomfort and only care about the location. If you’re looking to relax, I wouldn’t recommend it because the service is stressful and unpleasant.
