The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Anastasia at check‑in, and the breakfast and service staff were personable; the rooms were clean, the breakfast excellent, the bed and pillows comfy, and the stay was relaxing.

The pool was great, but the hot tub was broken.

The pool and the room beds were soft, but the hot tub was broken.

The room was big with a soft bed and comfy pillows, toiletries were available, and our room was just across from the ice machine; the swimming pool had a hot Jacuzzi and a larger, colder pool, but it was manageable.
