The room was beautifully decorated with great taste, everything was brand‑new and spotless, the welcome was lovely, the location was excellent, and it was quiet even though we were close to the action. We even received a welcome gift of beer and wine, which was nice. However, the place was not a studio as advertised but just a single room set up like a hotel room. The fridge was inadequate, noisy—especially at night. The so‑called terrace was actually a cramped, uncomfortable smoking corner with a view of the street and our car, and the table and chairs were outdated. The advertised parking space turned out to be a 2 m by 5 m spot with a high curb that was hard to maneuver, located just steps from the entrance, and it cost 12.50 € per day, paid in cash extra. In total, two nights for two people plus the tourist tax and the car cost 411.40 €, and that parking should have been included in the rent.

The location was good, with a parking spot, and the hosts were very friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the décor was very nice and well‑coordinated.

The location was great with short walks into the city and to the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and we felt very at ease.
