Nothing good; the place is not fit for human habitation. The description says a villa with two rooms, but it’s actually a small fishing boat that can’t be moved, the rooms smell unpleasant, and the marina location is far from the center.

“A relaxing & unique way to visit the Keys.”

The atmosphere was relaxing, right on the water watching marina life; the marina resort was beautiful with a nice pool, and the boat itself was quaint, clean, and had beautiful woodwork. Nothing was wrong, everything was great for us, but guests over a certain size might feel a little cramped—my husband is 6'1" and 230 lbs, so it was tight for him. Also remember that the toilets and shower are similar to a motorhome; we mostly used the bathhouse facilities.

“Perfect stay in the Keys”

We spent two nights in April 2026 on a beautiful boat moored at Stock Island, and it was the best stay we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our time on board. The boat itself was spotless, comfortable, and offered a unique experience—waking up on the water was unforgettable. Every little detail had clearly been thought out, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing while still being close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts made the stay extra special with their friendliness and excellent communication; nothing was too much trouble, and they genuinely cared that we had a great time. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something different and memorable in Key West/Stock Island! 5⭐️
