The location was quiet, clean, close to the metro and bus stops. The Italian breakfast was better than other places, and the staff were friendly and attentive to customers’ needs.

The apartment was large and Federica is a great host who looks after her guests nicely. Monteverde isn’t a trendy Trastevere, but that was exactly what I liked. There are several cafés where no English is spoken and you’re often the only tourist. Still, you can take great walks to the city. Like everywhere in Rome, traffic is a disaster. The 3 km to the city can take 30 minutes on the bus. Motorbikes and bicycles are unfortunately not real options.

The apartment was fully renovated and tastefully decorated. The owner was charming, full of good intentions and helpful advice. I felt at home. The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast provided was a real bonus. Thank you! Everything was perfect.
