Friendly host, quiet at night, decent wifi, hot water, comfortable bed, ceiling fan and air-con. Need a sign on gate. Recommended

The location was very quiet and only a 2‑minute walk to the Strad; across the street a new tasty vegan restaurant opened, and I visited it for the second time. Room 2 was spacious with a huge bathroom, and warm water was available if anyone needed it. The only thing lacking was a fridge in the room.
