The air conditioner worked fine and the location was decent, but the room was dirty and ants were everywhere; the curtains didn’t function and the room looked nothing like the photos. Attempts to contact the staff only yielded AI responses.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was reasonable and the place was well connected. The top floor has a furnished terrace that’s great, though the curtains don’t close properly and let in a lot of light. The bathroom is a bit cramped, split into two sections, and there were ants.

The only positives were the quietness and the safe area. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and the TV remote was broken.

The terrace was big, the light was clean, but on the 7th floor everything is coded and there’s no real person on site—only an online AI. In the morning ants invaded the room even though the terrace window was closed; I woke up with ants on my pillow. The bathroom door next to the shower cabin was open, accessible even to a dangerous child, but luckily we were two adults.
