For the price, this hotel is excellent; everything is close by and the location is super convenient. A few pieces of furniture are a bit old and some areas could use renovation, but that’s common in Asian hotels. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is great, the balconies are beautiful, and I love the mountain view from the balcony. I’ve stayed here many times and keep returning because I’m very happy with it—great value for the price!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, truly the highlight of our stay. The hotel sits just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the grounds are lovely. Breakfast wasn’t elaborate but was sufficient, while the room was exceptionally large and the bed very comfortable. The free-to-air TV only offered Balinese channels, though there were plenty of pay‑for‑view sites, and some of the internal cupboards needed repair.

The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were helpful, especially Mr Agus, while the heated pool was great. Out of the four rooms, two had mattresses that were already worn and creaked whenever you moved.
